The customer described a clear job: deliver dry construction mixes in bags stacked on pallets around Almaty. Each pallet weighed 1,250 kg, and the initial request mentioned a 5-tonne load.
Those figures describe the customer’s loading requirement. They are not a certified payload rating for the completed truck. Pallet positions, finished vehicle mass and axle limits still determine the permitted load.
The KV100 and its cargo body
The project specification identifies an ISUZU KV100 with 130 hp and a 4 m dropside body. The body has a headboard behind the cab, hinged side panels and a rear tailgate.
Air conditioning, a reversing camera and an Android interface were also discussed while the quotation was being prepared.

Discussing the border handover
