Place your order and arrange payment

We support two main payment methods for global buyers:

  • T/T (telegraphic transfer)

    Standard T/T terms are a 30% deposit and a 70% balance before shipment by international wire transfer, subject to the terms confirmed for your order.

  • 100% irrevocable L/C at sight

    Send us the L/C application form or draft from your bank so we can review the terms together before official issuance and avoid unnecessary amendment fees.

Shipping & delivery

  • Flexible logistics

    We arrange shipment to your designated destination based on the agreed shipping plan, with regular tracking updates throughout transit.

  • Freight forwarder choice

    You are also welcome to assign your own designated freight forwarder to handle the shipping.

Customs clearance & documentation

Agree the documents required at the destination port before shipment. The document set can include:

  • Commercial Invoice (CI)
  • Packing List (PL)
  • Certificate of Conformity (COC), where applicable and agreed
  • Bill of Lading (B/L)
  • Certificate of Origin (CO)
  • Additional country-specific certificates upon request
