About the sewer jetting and vacuum truck
The KEEYAK Sewer Jetting and Vacuum Truck uses high-pressure water to loosen deposits and vacuum suction to recover the debris. Available versions have a high-pressure jetting pump with a working pressure of 24 MPa. An optional reel carries an extended 80 m jetting hose for pipeline work.
It serves municipal sewer departments, drainage contractors, airports, industrial plants, and utility operators. Match jetting flow and pressure to pipe size and blockage type. Hose length must suit access to the network. Specify vacuum duty and debris-tank requirements separately, with water capacity and any recycling option confirmed for the work.
Typical applications
Sewer blockage removal
The jet-vac truck breaks up grease, sediment, roots, and compatible obstructions, then removes loosened material instead of leaving it downstream in the network.
Preventive sewer cleaning
Utilities clean scheduled pipe sections before severe blockage occurs, using nozzle selection and water delivery appropriate to pipe diameter and deposit type.
Catch basin maintenance
High-pressure water loosens compacted sediment around accessible structures while the vacuum system transfers recovered water and solids into the debris tank.
Inspection preparation cleaning
Contractors remove deposits before CCTV inspection or rehabilitation so pipe condition and defects can be assessed on a cleaner internal surface.
