Cold-chain performance is a heat-load and operating-system question. Body insulation, air leakage, product temperature, airflow and door behavior can overwhelm a unit that looks adequate by nominal capacity.
The buyer should define who pre-cools the cargo and body, how loading is performed, how often doors open and how temperature evidence is recorded. Those decisions affect both equipment and operating procedure.
