Liquid mass changes with product density and the tank system adds tare beyond the bare chassis. The distribution of liquid and equipment also affects individual axle reactions.
A sound quotation should distinguish nominal or geometric volume, usable operating volume and legal carried mass. It should not promise a payload from liters alone.
