Two ISUZU LPG Dispensing Trucks Shipped to Haiti

The Haiti order covered two ISUZU LPG dispensing trucks. Each vehicle was specified with the 1,000-US-gallon tank configuration, mounted behind the cab.

The chassis specification included an ISUZU 4KB1-TCG60 engine, a five-speed manual transmission and a 3,360 mm wheelbase. The tyre size was 7.00R16, with hydraulic service brakes listed for the order.

The reference photographs show the cab, tank and rear equipment area used to illustrate this type of vehicle. They help frame the configuration discussion, while a new order needs its own tank and dispensing-equipment specification.

For another LPG truck, describe the product, the receiving installations and the intended transfer arrangement. Identify the connections and equipment that the truck must work with at those sites.

Ask the supplier to identify the proposed tank, pump, meter, hose and control equipment in the quotation. The required equipment and approval documents should be reviewed by the responsible technical parties for the destination and service.

Keep the tank’s nominal capacity separate from the permitted product load and filling conditions. These must come from the approved tank and vehicle specification, rather than being inferred from a capacity label.

An offer for an LPG truck should show what is included in the chassis, tank installation, dispensing system and loose equipment. If a required component or document is omitted, ask for the scope to be clarified before comparing totals.

Name the equipment brands or performance requirements that matter to the receiving operation. Confirm how a proposed substitution would be reviewed and recorded, because it may affect compatibility and the supporting documentation.

For a two-unit order, ask whether both trucks use the same agreed configuration and which items are supplied per vehicle. That helps prevent shared accessories or document packages from being counted twice.

The technical records should identify the vehicle, tank and equipment they cover. Ask for the agreed inspection records, equipment manuals and configuration list to be provided for each unit.

The buyer and local technical parties should identify the destination’s required acceptance documents before the order is finalized. Shipping the truck and obtaining acceptance for its intended service are separate steps in the purchase.

A handover checklist is also useful for loose items, keys and supplied accessories. Review them against the contract and record any discrepancy for resolution before release.
