About the Flatbed Wrecker with Crane

The KEEYAK Flatbed Wrecker with Crane is a recovery carrier combining a tilting transport deck with a vehicle-mounted lifting boom. Its flatbed load capacity is 5 t. Crane lifting capacity is separate from deck capacity and must be confirmed against the installed crane's load chart, working radius, and stabilizer arrangement. Flatbed load capacity, winch line pull, wheel-lift rating, and towing capacity are separate ratings and shall not be used interchangeably.

It suits towing contractors, fleet workshops, equipment dealers, and roadside recovery teams managing damaged vehicles, inaccessible loading positions, or compact machinery. Crane reach, lifted mass, working radius, deck capacity, stabilizing arrangement, chassis loading, tie-down points, and site conditions determine project suitability. Final chassis matching, axle-load calculation, equipment model, load chart, and destination compliance shall be confirmed in the signed technical specification.

Applications for Flatbed Wrecker with Crane

  1. Off-Road Vehicle Retrieval

The crane can assist retrieval toward the deck only where its chart, rigging plan and ground support cover the required load and radius. Deck capacity is checked separately for transport.

  2. Accident Vehicle Loading

At collision scenes, damaged vehicles with blocked wheels or compromised steering can be lifted or aligned before controlled deck loading and securement.

  3. Compact Equipment Transport

Workshops and rental fleets use the flat deck for compact equipment, while the lifting boom assists loading only within approved radius and capacity limits.

  4. Restricted-Access Recovery Sites

Where a barrier prevents direct deck access, assess the crane’s complete reach path and load chart. The ability to reach a point does not establish permission to lift from it.

Which buyers should consider the Flatbed Wrecker with Crane?

This combination can suit a recovery where a separately assessed crane lift helps place the vehicle or equipment onto a transport deck. Check the lift and road-carried load independently. If direct deck loading is sufficient, compare the payload and complexity of a flatbed without the crane.
